GOOD CATCH™ FISH-FREE GOCHUJANG TUNA™

INGREDIENTS

Yields a bit more than 2 ½ cups

2 pouches Good Catch™ Fish-Free Tuna
3 green onions, sliced thin
3 tablespoons gochujang Korean chile paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons Ninja Squirrel Sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the tuna and green onions into a medium-sized prep bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the chile paste, olive oil, mirin, sesame oil and sriracha, and mix well.
  • Add the sauce to the fish-free tuna, folding in gently to combine.

Serve in a rice bowl, soba noodle salad, wrap or hand rolls.
