• Cut plant-based fish caked in half and shape each piece into a ball.
  • To a skillet over medium heat, add oil and fish cakes. Sauté 3-4 minutes on each side and remove from heat.
  • Stir gochugaru and sesame seeds into sushi rice.
  • Take ¼ cup of rice at a time and form into a nest. Place fish cake inside nest and sprinkle green onion over top. Wet hands and form the rice into a ball around fish cake. Place a strip of nori around half of rice ball. Repeat with remaining fish cakes.
  • Serve with soy sauce.

  • 3 Good Catch® Plant-Based Thai Style Fish Cakes, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/3 to ½ cup diced green onion
  • 1 toasted nori sheet, cut into 1x4-inch strips
  • Soy sauce, for serving
