• Empty tuna into a medium bowl. Add remaining tuna steak ingredients to the bowl and stir well to combine.
  • Form mixture into four patties roughly the size of a burger, place on a plate and set in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add cauliflower. Boil until soft, 10-12 minutes.
  • Drain cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add remaining mash ingredients and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Remove tuna steaks from the fridge.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and tuna steaks and cover. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
  • To serve, place tuna steak on plate with cauliflower mash and top mash with butter, green onions, parsley and pepper.

  • 4 packages Good Catch® Naked in Water Plant-Based Tuna
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax mixed with 3 tablespoons water)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter, plus more for serving
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, plus more for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • 2-3 tablespoons avocado oil
