- Form mixture into four patties roughly the size of a burger, place on a plate and set in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add cauliflower. Boil until soft, 10-12 minutes.
- Drain cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add remaining mash ingredients and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Remove tuna steaks from the fridge.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and tuna steaks and cover. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
