  • To a medium-sized bowl, add plant-based tuna and all sauce ingredients. Using a fork, lightly mash and stir well to combine. Set aside to marry flavors for 15 minutes before assembling your lettuce wraps.
  • Meanwhile, prepare vegetables and set aside.
  • To build lettuce wraps, use 2-3 pieces of butter lettuce or 1 piece of romaine as the base, then fill with scoops of filling and top with vegetables.
  • Enjoy like you would a taco (butter lettuce) or pizza (romaine lettuce).

TIPS

  • If assembling wraps ahead of time, drain excess liquid from filling mixture to prevent lettuce from getting soggy
  • Filling mixture will last up to 1 week in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.

Lettuce Wraps

INgredients

For Filling:

  • 3 pouches Good Catch® Naked in Water Plant-Based Tuna
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil and seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • Juice of half a lime

For Wraps:

  • 1 head butter or romaine lettuce
  • 1 large carrot, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Handful fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
