- In a medium skillet set over medium heat, add oil. When oil is hot, add plant-based fish burgers. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In a medium bowl combine, avocado, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
- To serve, add a piece of lettuce to bottom half of brioche bun. Top with fish burger, sliced jalapeños, guacamole, pico de gallo and top half of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
