  • In a medium skillet set over medium heat, add oil. When oil is hot, add plant-based fish burgers. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • In a medium bowl combine, avocado, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
  • To serve, add a piece of lettuce to bottom half of brioche bun. Top with fish burger, sliced jalapeños, guacamole, pico de gallo and top half of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package Good Catch® Classic Style Plant-Based Fish Burgers
  • 1 avocado, pitted and mashed
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 brioche buns, lightly toasted
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pico de gallo
