• In a small bowl, stir together hollandaise ingredients. Set aside.
  • Shape two plant-based crab cakes together to form one large crab cake. Repeat with remaining crab cakes.
  • Set a skillet over medium heat and add oil and crab cakes. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan.
  • To the same pan, add bacon and sauté for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
  • Using the same pan, turn the heat to medium-low and add spinach and salt and pepper to taste and sauté about 30 seconds, until wilted. Remove pan from the heat.
  • Toast English muffin and spread each side with cream cheese.
  • Top muffins with bacon, spinach, plant-based egg and crab cakes.
  • Drizzle hollandaise on top and sprinkle with chives.

  • ½ cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

 

  • ½ package Good Catch® Plant-Based New England Style Crab Cakes, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 slices plant-based bacon, cut in half
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 English muffin, halved
  • Plant-based cream cheese
  • Plant-based egg, cooked
  • Thinly sliced chives, for garnish
