• In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients and mix together until well distributed.
  • Fold in the plant-based tuna.
  • To make wraps, place 1 cup of baby spinach in the middle of each whole wheat wrap.

  • ¾ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ⅔ cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 3 tablespoons dried currants
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons nigella seeds, optional

  • 6 whole wheat wraps, tortillas or chapati
  • 6 cups baby spinach
