- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and plant-based fish fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and top each with a slice of cheddar and continue cooking another 4-5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine tartar sauce ingredients and set aside.

- Butter buns and toast in a separate pan over medium heat, buttered side down.

- ½ head romaine lettuce, shredded
