• Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add reserved pasta water, butter, ¼ cup parmesan, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
  • Add in cooked pasta and more parmesan and stir to coat. Remove from heat.
  • Preheat a skillet on medium heat and add oil. Place fillets in pan and cook 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip fillets and top each with ¼ cup marinara, 1 tablespoon parmesan and 1 slice mozzarella.
  • Add 1 tablespoon water to pan, cover and let cook 4-5 minutes more until mozzarella is melted.
  • To serve, plate spaghetti, top with fillet and garnish with parsley.

  • 1 pound dried spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon plant-based butter
  • ½ cup shredded plant-based parmesan, divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Good Catch® Plant-Based Breaded Fish Fillets
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 slices plant-based mozzarella
  • Flat leaf parsley, for garnish
