  • To a skillet set over medium heat, add oil. When oil is hot, add plant-based fish burgers. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine mayonnaise, butter, lemon juice and spices. Cook until just heated through, making sure not to boil.
  • To serve, add microgreens and tomato slices to each English muffin half. Top with a burger and hollandaise sauce. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
Fish Burger Benedict with Hollandaise

For Benedict

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package Good Catch® Classic Style Plant-Based Fish Burgers
  • 1 English muffin, sliced and lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup microgreens
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

For Hollandaise

  • 1 cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
