Good Catch Tuna Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 pouch Good Catch™ plant-based tuna Naked in Water
1/2 medium avocado
1 small yellow carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 lemon juiced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 leaves kale

Toppings:
Cucumber sliced and rolled
Sweet peas
Cauliflower chopped
Asparagus
Sprouts
Nasturtium leaves
Edible flowers

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado. Add lemon juice, veggies and spices.
  • In a salad bowl massage kale with squeeze of lemon and punch of salt.
  • Serve tuna avocado salad over a bed of kale. Add toppings.
  • Experience joy!
