- Prepare all your bowl ingredients and set them aside.
- For the sauce, add ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
- Rinse plant-based tuna for 3 minutes under cold water, then strain. Combine with remaining ingredients and stir well.
- To assemble bowls, layer cooked rice, desired toppings and tuna, the drizzle on sauce. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing.
