  • Prepare all your bowl ingredients and set them aside.
  • For the sauce, add ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • Rinse plant-based tuna for 3 minutes under cold water, then strain. Combine with remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • To assemble bowls, layer cooked rice, desired toppings and tuna, the drizzle on sauce. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing.
Poke Bowl with Spicy Ginger Tuna

INgredients

For the Bowls:

  • 4 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 cups pickled radish
  • 2 cups fresh greens such as spinach or arugula, or pickled cabbage
  • 1 large avocado, cubed or sliced
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 2 handfuls of fresh herbs such as dill and cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

For the Tuna:

  • 2 pouches Good Catch® Naked in Water Plant-Based Tuna
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
