• Lightly brush sourdough bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven or grill; reserve.

  • 4 (¾-inch) slices sourdough bread
  • Olive oil, for brushing bread

For Tuna-Avocado Mash

  • 3 pouches Good Catch® Oil & Herbs Plant-Based Tuna
  • 2 cups diced avocado (about 2 large avocados)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

For Arugula Salad

  • 2 cups lightly packed baby arugula
  • ½ cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
