• Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine ingredients through pepper and mix well until you achieve a homogenous spread.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the mixture evenly onto each baguette slice and place on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is fully melted with a golden crust.
  • Serve warm, garnished with sour cream and chives.

  • 1 cup shredded plant-based cheddar
  • ½ cup shredded plant-based parmesan
  • ½ cup shredded plant-based mozzarella
  • ⅓ cup diced celery
  • ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup plant-based cream cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced chives, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 16 (½-inch) slices French baguette
  • Plant-based sour cream, for garnish
